He is a person who has a true and genuine dream story that occurred to him during his sleep (“Dreamer”).

Innovative Creators are someone like filmmakers, character designers, novel writers, etc (“Clients").

The content of a Dream is the sole and absolute responsibility of the Dreamer. The Dreamer will defend and hold ISAW harmless as per the Terms and Conditions.

Means a brief of particular Dream-Idea issued by ISAW and presented to Clients to decide if they are interested in buying Dream-Idea or not.

Preview will include an offered price to buy the Dream-Idea ("Dream-Idea Purchased Price”).

Dream-Idea Purchased Price will be set by ISAW, who will have the sole, exclusive and full right to set at its sole and absolute discretion, the Dream-Idea Purchased Price.

By sharing his dream Dreamer can benefit from a natural biological-phenomena that happens to him from time to time and potentially make some money. Dreamer might help create creative projects using his Dreams and enrich the content creation field.

In the Discover page you can press “Share your dream”, or you can press “ISAW” in the top right corner of the page. Fill the required details of your Dream, then simply press “send”.

First thing you need in any project is an idea. In our platform we offer great number of dream-ideas that can help you start your movie, novel, commercial and any project you intend to start. Our dream-ideas are characterised by being unique and out of the box! We utilise collected human imagination and sensory richness stories that occurs during sleep, which is purely original! purchase a dream and turn it into reality.

Go to “BUY” page. Fill in the required information for the project you seek, provide contact information (including email address), and then press checkout (“Preview Order”).

ISAW offers 4 Previews per single Preview Order and charges 200 SAR, excluding VAT, as an administrative fee, per single Preview Order, after which 4 Previews will be sent to you via email.

You can then choose one or more Dream-Idea/s you would like to buy out of the 4 Previews sent to you, inform us by a reply email, we will then forward you a hyperlink to pay the Dream-Idea Purchased Price (“Purchase Oder”).

At maximum it may take up to 72 hrs.

You will not acquire nor own the Intellectual Property of a Dream-Idea, of any kind, until you buy it and pay the Dream-Idea Purchased Price. The Preview is intended to give a brief introduction and does not preserve any ownership or acquisition rights for Clients.

Yes, ISAW has the right to send/share same Previews with multiple Clients. Dream-Ideas are offered on "first-come, first-serve" basis.

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, Dreamer irrevocably agree, consent, and grant that ISAW will solely, absolutely and exclusively own, acquire and hold the complete and full rights of all Intellectual Property, including but not limited to Copyright, of the Dream, the Dream-Idea and the Preview, and can edit, amend, publish, transfer, offer to sell, sell, assign, grant or otherwise dispose it, or part of it, to any interested party at its sole and absolute discretion.

After paying the Dream-Idea Purchased Price, Client/s will own the Intellectual Property rights of the Dream-Idea and will defend and hold ISAW harmless as per the Terms and Conditions.

Yes, you can buy more than one Dream-Idea.

Unfortunately, prices are fixed, and all sales are final. You cannot cancel a Preview Order nor Purchase Order once made. NO cancelation policy is provided.

We will review and structure dream content and prepare a Preview. Preview will have a coding number that will connect it to its Dreamer.

We will share the Preview with interested Clients, on demand. If a client showed interest, he will then be requested to pay the pre-set Dream-Idea Purchased Price to buy the Dream-Idea. Once payments are made, Dreamer will then receive not more than 25% of the pre-set Dream-Idea Purchased Price, excluding VAT, within 15 days of its receipt.

We do not guarantee that any Dream-Idea be sold.
